Mine today is roasted pepper hummus and pretzals, but roasted almonds or dry roasted peanuts are good with a cheese stick. Couple slices of lunch meat and a slice of cheese. Those pre made snack mixes. Tuna creations 1 serving and some crackers. Veggies. Your options are endless!!! I also cut fresh fruit and portion it out and eat for snacks!!0

Get some of these with a cute lunch bag: http://www.google.com/shopping/product/2455300468179479213?lsf=seller:7933,store:14916037914408232558&prds=oid:1299762808487057408&q=lunchblox&hl=en&ei=WP2nVdTvF8mjyASJt4H4Cg-VQ6-46135102916-VQ16c-VQ17-pla-VQ18-local-VQ19-859957-VQ20-61865531738-VQ21-6120&lsft=gclid:Cj0KEQjwrJ2tBRD13N7T5u7k9I8BEiQA5APAAAkFToyC468f8te2JTZOB-UXHeDPUeD8hVR9IhYRqzgaAg8c8P8HAQ
And fill them with whatever you like! Crackers & low cal chicken or egg salad, nuts, cheese, carrots & dressing, etc. I love my LunchBlox. I carry them every day to work.0 -
Fresh fruit is easy, cheese sticks, nuts or nuts/fruit packs, individual sized smart pop0

I travel a lot, so need portable snacks. Am a fan of the Fiber One line of bars, cookies, brownies, etc. Sweet and tasty treats that boost the fiber intake for the day.
To save money, I make my own 100-120 calorie snack packs (I premeasure at home into snack zip top bags) of almonds, or a mix of All-Bran Buds (which are sweeter and lighter than other bran cereals) and 10-15 m&m's. Same for popcorn; will pop at home and portion out a single serving into a zip top bag and carry it with me.
You can always go the protein bar route (I find protein incredibly satisfying, and that I feel less hungry for longer after having a high-protein snack); I buy an Australian mini-bar that only has 100 cals.
All of the suggestions from jmac4263 are easy to transport in a container tossed into a bookbag. I, too, use those little tins of tuna for a quick snack on the go. Ditto to the cut up fruit or baby carrots with a little container of hummus (I often find good small-serving size containers at the dollar store).
Bonbel Babybel Lite cheese rounds are very easy to travel with since they have that "shell" around them (that you peel off before eating). I pack a couple of those and some rice crackers into a small plastic storage box (like Tupperware) to eat on a break. I sometimes get those cheese sticks that are made by Kraft or Polly-O. If you are very disciplined (I'm not), you could just buy a big hunk of cheese and cut a piece that is the weighed to the right amount of calories you are looking for, tightly wrap in cling wrap and carry it (hard cheeses won't 'dent' significantly in your bag.
A boiled egg or a piece of leftover chicken in a container and eaten with a wholegrain tortilla or bread makes a very easy "wrap" (I take the time to add salad greens, though) that will boost your protein and fiber to keep you full until the next meal.
Apples travel well, and can round out most snacks.
There are lots of threads on MFP for snacks... if you search them, you'll surely find ideas that will fit your tastes and preferences.
All the best!
