Caloric Mind Game Challenge!

Here are some caloric mind games I have succumb to.
1. If somebody else opens the bag/box of the high calorie food it is not your fault and therefore, it does not count. No guilt!
2. If no one SEES you eat it, then there are no calories to count.
3. I eat. Therefore, I am hungry.
4. When out for dinner. Order a salad and "taste" what other people have ordered. The samples are small and since they are off other people's plates they are not your calories! Thus, you can pretty much eat a meal with no caloric intake. You just had a salad! Brilliant! * note: only works if eating with others who are willing to allow you to raid their plates.
5. Try not to think about what you just put in your mouth. It is not really there. Thus you did not eat it and therefore, there are no calories!
6. You must accept food offerings when at work or family functions. It would be ill mannered not to!
Anyone have any other ones to add? Go for it!

When you are cooking for someone else and taste test to make sure that it is good, it does not count!

Since my four year old didn't finish her grilled cheese sandwich and I don't want to waste food... what calories?0

What are you talking about? I DEFINITELY only ate the recommended serving size. Yes, I understand the whole bag is gone. There were seriously only 14 chips in there!0

1. If you eat the chocolate bar with a diet coke, they cancel each other out.
2. If the cookies/chips/candy/chocolate are broken, the calories escape
3. If you are eating while ill, its for therapeutic reasons therefore no caloric impact.0 -
These are great! I love them! Counting Calories = must have a sense of humour!0

Something my friend said at Church camp last week.
We had a chocolate bar wrapped with a prayer saying on it, so my friend said,"Its a gift from GOD, so the calories don't count right."0 -
