I am new to this. So many times I come to these sites to record food and just think it is too time consuming. I never get any thinner. Time to do this. I know that when a person keeps doing something it gets easier over time and becomes habit. Need support to not give up!

    Yep, building healthy habits. I think that works pretty well for me. I am a creature of habit & the longer I do something the easier it becomes.
