Hello everyone and welcome to my page. 5 years ago I was a scrawny 120 pound, 5'10 boy, today I'm sitting at 157 pounds and looking to healthily gain 23 more pounds. Hello Pete, I'm actually 5'11" and looking to reach 160 lbs. (Currently at 211 lbs.) What do you think is your ideal weight?0

Sir you ask a great question here. For me, my ideal weight changes constantly. When I was 120, I thought if I weighed 145-150 pounds I would be satisfied mentally, but I'm not. My new goal is 170 pounds and from there I will change my goals as necessary. Why would you like to weigh 160 pounds?0

Mostly because I used to be 170 before and I was a little chubby. Probably my ideal weight is between 160 and 180, depending on the level of muscle and body fat.0

It is not so bad to have a little body fat, with the right eating habits it is easy to cut that. Just have to make a good plan0
