Motivation Needed - Help me get to the gym!

Yesterday was the first day I worked out in almost two months. It was a quick 40 minute workout and I only burned about 281 calories, but lazy as it was, I felt amazing afterwards!!!! I slept better than I had in weeks and today I feel better than I've felt in weeks!

Today, I'm kind of dragging.. just a lil bit. I need motivation to get to the gym after work! I know that if I don't go, I'll regret it, but going home after work to binge watch hulu sounds so amazing.

Help me!

    Put your gym clothes on, in the house, as soon as you get home. Later on when you're deciding whether to go or not, being ready helps :-)

    Go straight from work. Delay watching hulu (what is hulu?). This way you get benefits all ways.

    Go to the gym (or out for a jog or something) before going to work. Trust me, a) It will make your day because you feel on a high, and b) It will make your day because you do not have to do it after work, and c) it will make your day because you do not have any excuses not to do it.
    It is a win/win/win
