Hello Everyone!
I just joined my fitness pal, and I'm really excited about it. I'm always on a weight loss/weight gain roller coaster, and I'm really hoping that this time, I can make this a lifestyle, not just a diet.
If it is eating healthy, I can manage that. I can incorporate strength training as well. However, I have a lot of problems getting proper cardio in on my own. I live in a very small town, and the gyms here are incredibly small, and do not have good group fitness classes.
I am very bad with high endurance cardio. I would like to start running outside, but I need tips on how to increase my endurance, become a better running, and be able to continue running for longer periods of time!
I am currently 24 yrs old, 5'3", 160 lbs.
I will really appreciate your advice

Hi! If you are a reader, I highly recommend books on tape or CD or books to download on an iPod. I am a big walker and used to hate it because it was boring. (I could never motivate myself) But getting into a good book and ONLY allowing myself to listen to it when I exercise really helped! Very often, I get "lost" in the book and the time just flies by! The best is when I get to my destination at a good part of the book - really motivates me to walk the following day! Good Luck!0
