    go to photobucket

    download the pics on there

    select and copy the IMG link

    paste to MFP

    change BOTH IMG to lower case img

    Wow, you understated a bit when you said "some" progress! When I pulled up your pic I thought you were my personal trainer - you could be brothers. Isn't it nice that you've gotten yourself into such good shape that you've been mistaken for someone's trainer?
