Hi all,
So I get these motivational spurts, feel great, and then they slowly go away and I get back into old habits. Anybody with this problem want to be friends so we can try and help each other out of these times? Or does anyone have any really great remedies for when you get into these moods?

Feel the same way. I've been doing well for the past few months but starting to feel blah. That was part of the reason I signed up for MFP. Would like to be motivational buddies so I can be accountable. Hope you have had a good day.

Being part of a supportive community has been huge for me on those off days. Its great to see others getting their workouts done and know that I need to do it.

I hear you! I'm back in MFP after a pretty sizable gap of no exercising and not really watching what I ate. Thankfully I haven't gained any weight, but I can tell I've lost muscle and gained fat.

I could use some inspiration and motivation as well! :)

New gym clothes, music, or exercise equipment. Sometimes changing gyms or if you exercise outside change the scenery by picking somewhere else to exercise. This is what works for me.
