you have to figure out if it is skin, or flab?? If it is skin you can't really do anything about it, except to fill it in with muscle....you do this by strength training in those areas...this won't make them look lenaer most likely though, just more toned!

cardio is the only way to get rid of fat...unfortunately there is no way to target certain areas...just keep losing and hope that it comes off in the right areas!!

Hi, My upper arms are huge, i hate them!! I went up to 21 1/2 stone around 12 years ago (after i had my son) and eventhough i lost 10 stone slowely and my body looked great i still had flabby floppy arms. I am now back up to around 15 1/2 stone now and i think the only way is surgery on my arms for me unfortunatly. I have been excersising weekly for a few years now and do up to 5 sessions at the gym a week. My shoulders are really toned and you can see my muscles in my arms but the flab underneath have stayed the same. They are like wings that wobble from side to side and the skin has so many stretch marks, they are horrid. If only there was a simpler way.

I was working with a running coach last winter. She told me that there is no real way to "spot lose". You basically have to get more muscle and burn off more fat. It's an all over thing and as one poster put it... hope it comes off in the right places!!

Right now I'm dealing with jiggly arms. I've worked my arms out like crazy. I now have defined arms where you can see the tricep and bicep, but still have jiggly. Just hoping as I drop some fat, they will firm up.

    Good luck!! :flowerforyou:
