Very new to this whole weight loss thing! Overweight and sick of it! Seeing before and after pictures really help me get motivated. If they can do it, so can I!
Please feel free to post any and all weight loss tips, caloric intakes, how much you exercise (and which ones work best)... Like I said, new to this!
I'll post some horrific before pictures. Ugh.

edit: That image says "tonight" but it was actually April 17. I created and shared this collage on a different site that day.0 -

I have struggled with weight my whole life....last July I got sick of it, and with my wedding coming up I HAD to do something. I started using MFP and exercising at least 3 times a week....Zumba is the best, you burn so much more doing zumba than you ever will on a treadmill. My starting weight was 237, and I am now at 205. I had gotten down to 198, but with wedding stress and the excitement of getting married I slipped off the bandwagon. I want to get down to about 150..I wouldn't complain to be less but that's my goal as of right now.
The first picture I probably weigh about 230ish, it was not often that I would let anyone take a picture of me like this so there are not many! I am telling you, it's the greatest feeling to know that you accomplished something so great...and you feel SO much better about yourself! If I did this, YOU can do it too!0 -

Weighed in at 185 this morning, so this is a bit of an older update. Have 40 pounds still to go.
