One day at a time. Control what you can....be open and willing to learn. Fix things as you go. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Welcome, Scott! Set small goals, drink lots of water, pre-log as able, look to your fellow MFP'ers for support!
Feel free to add me, if you wish!

Don't listen to people that criticize how you choose to workout or change your eating habits..do what works for you at your own pace

Log everything you eat, stick with your calories, take it one day at a time

Don't limit yourself, if you want chips have A serving of chips, but maybe skip out on a soda later, you'll find a balance and it gets easier.

First 86 soda. In my mind I'd rather eat my calories then drink them. 1 can of coke 150 cals 1 chicken breast 150 cals it's a no brainer. Also take protein. It's easier to keep going then to quit and start over. Good luck

I have to say no soda, juice, sugar and start walking. I have the same struggle, cravings! I hate the fact that it has had control over me and I am tired! Pizza is killing me, so I gave it up for good but I haven't had any success. lol
