re-start diet

Hey everyone,
I'll start by putting what i was and how much ive lost and want to lose...
Start weight was: 201lbs
Currently weighting 188lbs
Goal its to get to 150lbs
short time goal 170lbs
Il lost motovation and need little helping hand again...
past 2 weeks i kinda of mucked up and stayed the same weight which is good that ive not gained..
So today i re-start my diet i'm doing pretty well so far today
I've drank a bottle of water.. and on my second.. small bowl or cereal for breakie and one low in calories snack bar..
I'll shall be doing the low calorie diet on diet2go app on my fone nd tomorrow ill get in my shopping for this week.. but for today i will do my cereal diet tht i was doing lol
see how welll i do..
I really would love to get in shape instead of being over weight for the rest of my life..
Im 23 year old girl and ive been in a good relationship for 2 years now so im happy with life just not my weight.. i do get stressed easy like most people comes with have a job right
So i re-start this new life change not a diet lol and would love more good feed back from you guys to help me keep on track heehee

I have tried the cereal diet and hated it - was so bored 3 days in that I really didn't want to eat, which of course doesn't help. I now eat a fairly sensible diet, stick to my calorie goals (I have just started using the zigzag idea, I eat 1150-1200 one day and then 1350-1400 the next day and repeat) but try to have something I really enjoy each day, just something small so that I still enjoy food and have something to work towards. Tonight for dinner I shall have having:
Tinned Sweetcorn, Extra Light Mayonaise, Lettuce, Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Fillets, Cucumber, (and my treat as I love them) Curly Fries (just a few). 90% healthy 10% treat is the way I am working it now which is a good balance between healthy and happy :-)0 -
Mmm you making me hungry lol .. This cereal diet i onli for today lol.. Ive got nothing esle in my house lol im currently in my mums so im going to pinch a roll and ave sumthing on it later tonight for tea time.. i like my sweet corn mmm could hve that and this pork steak thing lol ill be under target probably.. So far im had bowl of cereal bottle of water and a snack bar lol.. got snack bar for finishin work.. cause i walk in and walk home.. take me at least 50 mins each way.. but least week cause i miss 2 days of walking i added an extra bit onto the walk missing out the stairs i climb lol and climb a hill instead lol..
Might do that on my way home. i walk 6 miles a day 3 each way mibee little more.. Im deremand to get up on a saturday morning and go for a longer walk to help keep my excerise up since saturdays i use as my cheat day lol some drinks with friends and munchies which i need to remember not to over do..
the diet that ill start tomorro is low fat low calories im looking forward to it i seen the shoppig list for it and there is alot of fruit, it looks rather nice lol xx0 -

I started at 209lbs
I am down to 165lbs and my goal is about 147lbs!
Im stuck at 165lbs for the last 3 months! I start i stop i start i stop! We all need help!0 -
Awww that the worse part eh lol.. im trying not to mess up this time.. so far this week ive lost 2 pound on this new diet im trying lol kinda enjoying it to.. loads of fruit and chick and fish lol think ill carry it on lol .. was pretty chuffed cause i work in a clothes store and im always looking for ne things coming in lol so i find this dress and i try it on in an 18 nd this brand in normal pretty small made but this dress was little loose on top so i tried an 16 and its was perfect soo happy lol
