Hi I am Sarah, and I am a second year medical student. I have had a really hard time juggling eating right, exercising and staying on top of my school work. My life has kind of taken a back seat to my studies and I have come to a point where I need to make my health my number one priority. Stress eating and eating on the run has been my weak spot this year :S I want to get back into great shape and make sure my eating is healthy and balanced.

I have a background in health sciences. My undergrad degree focused on "exercise and health physiology" so if anyone has questions for me I'd be happy to help.

I would to cheer on other members and be cheered as we all make changes for a better life :)
