Good morning,
I am feeling amazing this morning. Ever since I listened to everyone about "good/bad" foods I have noticed I'm not stressing as more and yesterday I was UNDER my calorie goal. That's a victory in itself for me. I am more focused then I have been in a very long time in regards to losing this weight. Good luck everyone and if anyone needs some motivation I'm just a click away !
