traing in Bolton
I'm a big guy just wondered if anyone had any tip for bigs guys starting out

    Just start slow. Remember whatever small steps you make today are better than the choices you were making in the past. Once you get comfortable with adding activity start pushing the intensity. If you start too hard and too fast you may get discouraged or injured. Celebrate the small victories one day at a time! Good luck!
