i did just about everything. Mainly just ate less and moved more. I was very depressed my whole life always just ate. Never been skinny.... but i moved to europe 2 years ago and it changed my life walk everywhere or bike. I hike alot, and always find something to do in the house. Dont over think food just eat when your hungry and keep yourself busy in between for boredom eating. Feel free to send a message or friends request0 -
