I have been focusing mostly on my eating and keeping my macros in check. I try to eat about 50% carbs 40% protein and only about 10% fat. I am planning on starting the couch to 5k soon though! :)

It has taken me well over a year. I went through periods of being really good, losing weight, and then just giving up on myself and I would gain a bunch back. I felt like I had such a far way to go that it was impossible. I have had to work on my mind set more than anything else through this journey so far. Even though it has taken me longer than I would have liked I am happy to finally see results and I am sticking with it until the end this time around.

Great job! Our stats are similar so thanks for the pics, it's something I can kinda gauge myself by. I am 1 lb away from 50 lb loss but I started in the 270's. I've got 27 lbs to onederland and now I have a better idea of how that is gonna look. Not bad, Not bad!

Looking great! I started at similar stats, though a little shorter, and I have about the same goal so I feel you there! One thing I always like in these progress pics is how much better everyone's posture always is

And as for the rest, you can do it!

I would bring your carb ratio down a bit if you aren't weightlifting. Up your fat intake a bit. Fat is essential for hormone production. Go to like a 40/40/30 ratio instead of having 50% of your calories coming from carbs. I mean, it's working for you, but you don't need that many carbs if you are focusing strictly on diet. It will make you plateau eventually. Congrats on your success though!!

I have really been working on that! I try to just chose one main carb a day, either Brown rice or a sweet potato. I seem to get a decent amount from my fruit too though. Always a work in progress. Thanks for the advice! :)

At least you are being smart with your carbs though... and it's not like bagels and chips and stuff! Everything you are eating sounds to be good! I'm sure you'll do fine on the rest of your journey!
