Anyone using or ever used the Dashboard tracker on BodyBuilding.com? About to check it out and curious to hear if anyone has tried it. Thanks!

I use their bodyspace site to track exercise. I don't use the app though. I like the setup. I've made templates that make entering my exercise faster and I like the week-in-summary emails that they send.

Ah yes, BodySpace is what the whole thing is called. They don't make an app for my Windows phone (ah the price I pay for going against the grain).

Glad to hear you like the tracker, and thanks for your reply!

I read the app reviews and they weren't great so I decided to just stick with the website. It's a bit easier to update on a regular computer than on a phone, of course, but the mobile version of the website isn't difficult at all.

I track all my workouts in a little spiral bound notebook anyway (somethings are just best left low-tech). So that should be easy to update on the PC when I get home.

That's pretty much my method as well. Scribble it all down with notes during the workout, enter it later on the pc. Sometimes I think of dropping one or the other but I keep sticking with both.

I have the app, but prefer the website. I design my workouts and then develop my programming in the planning section. I really like the metrics and tools it provides for analyzing your session, monthly, and yearly performance.

The Rep Recap, however, is crap.

Is that what they call the emails? They make me laugh because they are so! congratulatory! about! everything!

No kidding and it's such terrible copy, e.g. here's the headline from my rep recap form last week "THESE ARE THE WEEKS THAT SEPARATE THE BODYBUILDERS FROM THE WANNABES, MAN"

The caps make it more truerer, man.
