Anyone using or ever used the Dashboard tracker on BodyBuilding.com? About to check it out and curious to hear if anyone has tried it. Thanks!

I use their bodyspace site to track exercise. I don't use the app though. I like the setup. I've made templates that make entering my exercise faster and I like the week-in-summary emails that they send.0

Ah yes, BodySpace is what the whole thing is called. They don't make an app for my Windows phone (ah the price I pay for going against the grain).
Glad to hear you like the tracker, and thanks for your reply!0 -
I read the app reviews and they weren't great so I decided to just stick with the website. It's a bit easier to update on a regular computer than on a phone, of course, but the mobile version of the website isn't difficult at all.0

I track all my workouts in a little spiral bound notebook anyway (somethings are just best left low-tech). So that should be easy to update on the PC when I get home.0 -
That's pretty much my method as well. Scribble it all down with notes during the workout, enter it later on the pc. Sometimes I think of dropping one or the other but I keep sticking with both.0

I have the app, but prefer the website. I design my workouts and then develop my programming in the planning section. I really like the metrics and tools it provides for analyzing your session, monthly, and yearly performance.
The Rep Recap, however, is crap.0 -
