Just wondering what would be the best way to still remain curvy on the bottom but be slim on top...i always struggle with this one as i end up losing to much on the bottom and can never find the perfect balance??

Unfortantly, it's up to your body to decide where it wants to lose the weight. But it normally starts at the smallest body parts and works it's way to the largest body parts.0

This person is correct. Your body will dictate where and how it will break down your fat tissue. You can build muscle underneath the fat, but your body will take off the fat whenever (and however) it wants to. Be happy and healthy.0 -
