Hey everyone. I am here cause I meed to loose weight. I want to loose a total of 40lbs. But I am taking things slow. My goal at the moment is 170, loosing 1.5 lbs a week. I am have an extremely hard time loosing weight. Would love any of your guys help.

    1.5 lbs a week can be hard to do. Good luck! Something that would help is find something that is fun to you. I rollerblade. When I'm blading I don't even feel like I'm exercising. I sure feel it when I'm done! It's an awesome workout!
