Down 100# as of this weeks weigh in!! Only about 20# to go for my liking. Then going to focus on recomp.

    That's pretty much all that has to be done. I feel bad, because I don't mean to mock them, but i get a chuckle out of people who freak out because they don't know when to log foods because they have a different schedule. Food you ate in a 24 hr window is still food you ate in a 24 hr window, no matter what it was and what time it was.

    Great loss, btw! I started needing a 110 lb loss, and I'm down to 70 lbs to go and already have a good chunk of my life back. Bf is doing the same and has lost 22-ish lbs.

    Wow what a difference, congratulations! I'm just starting out and I find posts like yours so inspiring. It makes me realise even with 150+lbs to lose it can be done.
