So far I've lost 73#!!! It's taken 20 months, with a majority of it occuring over the last 11 months!! Still have 12# to go to My "Goal", then I'll see how I feel then if I want to go down further. Super happy about where I am now, but definitely want to get to that "150#"

    It was nice to read about someone losing so much weight over the long haul. I think it is going to be a long process for me, and knowing that someone else had long term success really motivates me. I know I have to be patient, and your story helps me have more.

    Congratulations...it took me two years to lose 120 lbs, but beware, in two months on the road for work I put on 20. I was on another website but decided to use this one for the new beginning. Keep it up it is worth it in the long run......will lose the 20 by my birthday at the end of August.....

    Thanks everyone!! Never expected such response but it's great!!
    Everyone keep up the good work for yourselves too!!!
    I've lost weight fast in the past and just like a textbook case, gained it all back plus some.
    This time, I decided to take a slower approach and not be in such a hurry and it's paid off.
    It will stay off this time and I will never go back to eating like I did before!!
