Just started yesterday

Hello to all of my fitness pals,
Still on the learning curve with this site, so please bear with me. Today, the tallies seemed a little easier, but I'm not sure what the red numbers with a minus sign means. Did I go over the given limits of daily protein and sodium allowances, or am I under?
All-in-all, this journey seems more promising especially after getting a quick glimpse of some of the posts y'all have written. I also have the inspiration to be a positive loser, 87 lbs to be exact, and I'm looking forward to becoming part of this team. Wishing all much happiness and success with all your endeavors.
