I'm new to this sight and thought I will give it a try. I needed something to help keep me motivated and this looks like a good place to do that.

    Best of luck to you missy!! Just take it slow and don't set your expectations too high! Be realistic! It's truly healthy to lose it slow even though our minds tell is "I wanna see resluts NOW". Counting calories daily is what has helped me this time around. In the past, I did quick weight loss things and lost it fast and then gained it back. This time, I decided to do something different and truly count my calories and it's paid off!!
    Just don't give up!!! We're here for support!!

    Good luck to you. This is my first week and today is my first day on the sight. So far I have lost 5 pounds in one week and I can't believe all the people on here that motivate you and are behing you. It's amazing. I think you'll do great, good luck girl.

    Hi Missy, I'm new to this also. Just started last Thursday. So far so good. This is working better than any of the other diets I've tried. Writing everything down makes me think twice about what I eat and having a limit of calories makes me think about what I'm eating. Good luck to you!
