I use pita bread split open into two thin halves with a little olive oil or margerine and some light parm cheese, bake in oven until golden brown and crispy mmmmmm
Mother Nature's - Whole Wheat Pita, 1 pocket (25g)
Kraft - 8.8 oz. Grated Parmesean Cheese, 2 tsp
Bertoli - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
Add Ingredient
Total: 144 cals0 -
Oh there are lots of yummy options depending on your dietary slant. Whole-wheat toast with your topping of choice (I like to allot my fat toward a pat a real butter, myself), greek yogurt with a bit of honey (or splenda), crunchy baby carrots with greek yogurt ranch dressing or, my favorite "sweet treat" of late, frozen grapes.0
