Alright I'm really looking for support guys! I hate admitting to my friends that I am dieting because they are all very skinny and can eat whatever they want! I need friends who understand dieting!

    We are on the same page! My wife is very supportive, but no one else is going to know. At least not for a few weeks when I'm hoping it will be obvious!
