The time has come....

Good morning all, I used this site before and had great luck. But, life happened and we stopped. It has come time to restart our focus. My wife and I both are participating, which makes it a lot easier. Healthcare costs are killing us (thanks to you know who) and the meds costs are growing.... Don't want to spend all our money on insurance and meds. We also have work for the Lord that needs to be done and need to improve our health if we are going to stay around long enough to get His job done....
