Does anyone have good insight into how to tone up a c-sectionx2 belly?? I feel like I have a pouch that never shrinks. I can do a thousand sit ups and I don't feel a thing. :(

If you look pregnant, maybe you have diastasis recti?

Losing weight will improve the appearance of a c-section belly. Exercises don't target skin or fat though, they just build the muscle under it.

    This.
You can't spot reduce fat. To lose belly fat you need to bring your overall body fat down.

You don't need sit ups, you need a calorie deficit.

I've had 3 c-sections. It goes down over time and with eating less, I think. I don't believe for me that the little pouch left there will ever be completely gone. Part of that is scar tissue which isn't going anywhere without being removed surgically.

Situps aren't going to get rid of fat. I had a couple surgeries that are 4-5x worse than a c-sec and my abs pop because of low body fat%. Have patience.

So pretty much get over it and just lose weight and stop eating so much. Okay, got it. LOL Thank you all! :D I will just try to have more patience.

I had 4 caesareans. It goes down with time but losing weight sure helps. I still have a tummy and I'm proud of what I got out of it :)
