Sore legs and thighs

I recently started doing pilates and some weight training via 30 day shred. And my thighs, legs are quiet sore. Should I skip weight training alternate days or push thru it? They are not rock tight just sore. Thanks for your help!

If you're just starting out with exercising, it's good to give your body a day of rest here and there so the muscles can repair themselves. Some soreness is natural, but don't overdo it!0

You should do the stretches before and after the 30 day shred. I do the shred with weights and do 6 days a week and my off day I do the 6 week 6 pack, which is easier and less leg work. Are you stretching the right way? Once your body adjusts, you will become less sore. If you feel pain, then take more days off.

a protein shake/bar/meal with a LOT of protein will help with soreness a little .. drink/eat within 15 min. after your workout!0
