Courgettes/zucchini

I have a glut of courgettes - does anyone have any recipes that are good for the freezer? Can you freeze pasta spiral thingies?

I prefer natural ingredients and no meat/dairy.

  Puréed zucchini soup freezes really well, as does things with shredded zucchini like zucchini cakes/burgers http://www.onegreenplanet.org/vegan-recipe/zucchini-cakes/

  Oh, how could I forget chili?! You can make it meatless with beans and add in a bunch of chopped zucchini - it freezes beautifully as well.
