200Lbs to go

Hello,
I'm Rachel, I live in the California and am a mother of 6. In 6 years I went into complete kidney failure, dialysis, transplant, my son being diagnosed with cancer, chemo treatments for 3.5 years and now am in school full time. I gained 200Lbs after my transplant... Meds, stress and eating crap for so long has taken a toll on me. I have already lost 30 lbs, But still have 170 to go. Here's to losing another 30 in a few months.

    Hey Rachel! It sounds like you've been through a lot. I can only imagine the emotional roller coaster you've dealt with. That's so extremely awesome you've lost 30 lbs so far. That's a huge milestone in and of itself. I've got quite a bit of weight to lose myself so I try to keep my eye on the prize. I usually set my goals in 10 lb increments so I don't get too discouraged. We can do it, Rachel!
