can anyone tell me if you can log your steps on MFP with vivosmart

    I m having troubling linking the too. I just manually enter my food. map my fitness links with Carmina connect for exercise tho, I use all 3 for connecting w/others. they said to try linking account through computer, but I don t have one so haven t tried that route. looking for friends on vivo fit 2 so add me as friend janet Celona

    It will keep a log of them on MFP but it doesn't add the active calories burned unless you add an activity on Connect.

    Yes, it updates as often as you sync over bluetooth

    If you connect the Garmin connect app with MFP and log your activities on there, it will periodically send it to MFP throughout the day. That is what it does with my Vivofit 2 recorded activity.

    Go into apps and devices on here and sync the garmin app with this app.
