When I first starts MFP, I used to come to success stories to stay motivated. I'm hoping I can pay it forward.

At my heaviest I was around 290lbs. I'm currently sitting at 201. I'm really proud of myself for getting this far and am determined to make it to my goal!

Deciding on a goal has been hard for me. Right now I'm trying to make it to 175 and I will go from there.

Finally realizing that I could not make a quick fix, that I had to totally change my lifestyle. Also, I was on strict bedrest for over 5 months while pregnant with my son.. And after not being able to really move for that long, I appreciate and value exercise so much more!
