I got weighed yesterday at the doctor after a year and a half of a job that was terrible for me and both my physical and mental health, and I am officially bigger than I have ever been. I weighed in at 228#. I'm normally a 205# or so, and been struggling to get down to my GW of 165# for years. I'm turning 27 next month, left my job for something more healthy for me, and it's time for me to take charge of this once and for all. I am a dietitian (officially a chubby dietitian now -- I'm lucky I am so tall but my height can only hide so much) and I know how important nutrition and diet is for wellness and I need to change.
I've had successes on here in the past that drifted away with moving/job changes/relationship changes and I am looking for people of similar age/situation/goals to keep me on track! Feel free to add me

Get some friends in the Fitbit Users group, and start doing Fitbit challenges. They're great motivation—and fun: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
As a dietician, you know what to eat. Logging will teach you how much to eat. Logging works.0 -
Ad me I also use Fitbit flex0
