Hi, I'm not really sure how all this works yet but I'm starting a road to a better me! I'm borderline diabetic because of how I eat so I'm trying to eat healthy and I started to walk/jog. I need tips on how everyone stays motivated!

Once you lose that first pound it's definitely motivating. Making sure you post what you eat everyday makes you more aware of your calorie intake. If you have an instagram, start following people whose bodies motivate you! Like models, success stories, fitness pages etc0

Welcome! Personally I stay motivated by focusing on a performance goal instead of just a number on a scale. By that I mean finding a sport that you really like and want to perform well in and getting fit for that. Mine's Krav and Jiu Jitsu for instance.0

I'm also borderline diabetic. It's also hereditary - both parents & three grandparents. Feel free to add me.0
