Shameful as this I keep up with my jogging 30mins each day for a month, and now losing less lbs than few weeks before, even I am eating strict to the calorie limit

If you're losing, then you aren't in a plateau. A plateau is 4-6 weeks with zero loss of pounds/inches. How are you measuring your food intake?

You should admit that there is no such thing as a plateau.

I normally eat packaged food like sandwich where I can scan the barcode, but something like a stir fry is hard to measure for too many different combinations.

Buy a food scale and weigh the ingredients as you put them in. You should weigh as much as you can, including packaged foods, as a serving can often weigh more than what is on the label.

If you are using an online stir fry recipe, try using this tool: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/box

You're losing weight, so there is no plateau, which is 8-10 weeks of no loss.
