What Type of Yoga for Beginner?

I am thinking about going to some Yoga classes at my YMCA. There are three kinds: Hatha, Anasura and Kundalini. The Hatha has the best times for my schedule but, if the others would be better, I might do some juggling.
My goal is to strengthen my core and gain flexibility. I am not as interested in the philosophy of it but I would like to benefit from the stress reducing aspects of yoga.
Suggestions?

Hatha is your best bet.0

Hatha would be best if you have never done any type of yoga before. Mainly becasue it is alot of streching and works on flexability. You could always do Hatha for a few weeks and if you feel like your body is ready move up to Anasura.0

Hatha is the easiest for a beginner. Great way to teach you to listen to your body and stretch.0
