My fitbit charge hr calories seem to be way off just wondering if there's anything I can do to change it or if this is normal

Your Fitbit burn is TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), the calories necessary to maintain your current weight. If (and only if) you enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings, eating back your adjustments means you're eating TDEE minus deficit.
I lost the weight & have maintained for a year with MFP + Fitbit. Trust your Fitbit for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress.

like over estimating or under estimating? I have the fitbit charge, not the charge HR, maybe try asking on the fitbit forums. I use a polar ft4 with chest strap for my workouts.0
