Where can I find workouts for free ?

Looking for free copies of t25 , p90x , or even that dumb bbg. I know they're out there ! Even insanity ! Any links ?

    I suggest using your favorite search engine & inputting something like:
    [free fitness workouts]
    (without the brackets, of course).

    To get more specific results, you could include "aerobic", "weightlifting", "p90x", etc.

    You'll find it very hard to legally find a free copy of P90X, T25 or insanity but you can get them second hand on ebay.

    I use fitness blender...it has lots of free videos on all intensity levels and all different kinds of workouts (using a variety of tools or no tools at all) and every workout video has a number of how many calories you burned
