Has anyone went through Les Mills Body Pump Instructor certification?

I am registered to do the certification class (2 8hr days) on November 1st and 2nd and I've read all kinds of stories about what it entails. Anyone been through it that can offer some advice?? :)

    I wish you had gotten responses so I could get some insight! I'm going to be doing instructor training soon. Do you have any advice or insight to share with me?
