Try getting a workout DVD! You can pop one in before you get a shower in the morning, and be well on your way, or you can get home from work, eat a light snack, do the DVD and eat some dinner! I literally JUST got done doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and i am feeling great. Also, an advantage to doing a DVD would be that you can choose one that has the equipment you have, so you don't need to buy anything extra!

The best way to lose calories without spending is to run outside. Couch to 5k is a good app, but I would also recommend RUNKEEPER. Run with friends to motivate you. Otherwise, I agree with Meg. Investing on a workout video is your best bet:

A couple of my friends who are married and have a kid use this video since their current lifestyle do not allow them much time for the gym. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

If you need any workout tips, don't hesitate to ask. I'm no pro but I have done most of the workout programs.

I would look into workout dvds that you can do at your own home whenever you have time... Such as Jillian Michaels, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Leslie Sansone, etc.. Collage Video website has a wide variety of dvds with reviews and breakdowns of each dvd so you can see exactly what you will be getting... Good Luck!
