Hey. Finally starting to live a healthy life. I've gained weight dealing with depression and college and I have zero ideas on how to get healthy. I could really use so support or help staying on track and resisting bad food.

    Set some goals, then make the plan....start food prep, so you can avoid stopping at the drive thru

    Hydration is a good place to start. If you are not properly hydrated, the weight will not come off. Hydration is also very good for depression...helps to balance your day. Find recipes that suit you and create a meal plan based on your lifestyle choices... there are so many options out there, you have to find the right path for you. Always good to have a doctor/nutritionist on board with your health plans to help monitor you as you are starting out.
