Hi guys, I joined a while back did pretty good but fell off the wagon. Today I am starting over I am determined to do it this time, I have readied myself with better planning and lots of support in my corner. If anyone would like to add me please feel free the more the merrier we are all here for the same reason so why not do it together.

    Wow....I am starting again myself. I have been feeling so horrible because the weight I lost came back plus. So, now I am starting again today. Good luck everyone.
