Hello!
I have been using MFP for a while to log my food/exercise - thought it was about time I said "Hi"
I am getting married in just over 6 weeks time so thats been a big part of why i've wanted to get into shape. I haven't always focused as much as I could of (only myself to blame - and all the cakes people bring into work!) but i've lost 22 pounds so far and have got down to a size 12 - back in Oct last year I was a size 14 (top) and size 16 (bottom).
Happy with my loss so far, but I know I can do more (I finally seem to have got the fitness bug and the kick up the bum ... better late than never!)

Hi,
I joined 5/13/11. I'm just getting started. I've only lost 5#s so far. I see the calories I'm eating and say wow I better do some cardio to use up those calories.
