Need some serious motivation today just feeling lazy

Write down why you want to lose weight, list all the positives, and any negatives if you can find any. Think how good you will feel/look when you reach your goals. Now think how good you will feel as you leave the gym after your workout. Or take a day out, go for a walk, get some air and some 'me' time. I have a tiny pair of red speedos which I used to wear when I was in my 20s, now I know I'll never get into them now but I often imagine myself strutting myself on the beach again attracting young ladies.0
