    Cleanses are a complete crock. There's nothing some cleanse can do that your liver and kidneys don't. Don't waste your money, or your time by being miserable.

    Did this a couple of months back. Not worth the money. I lost 8 pounds but no inches. It didn't "kickstart" my weight loss! Best thing I ever did was join gym and start tracking my food. Simple and cheaper!

    If youve made 100+ posts then surely you know what peoples opinions on MFP are towards cleanses and detoxes plus why? What alat said.

    This is what I thought, and said to friends who swear by it. Just wanted to check whether there was something I didn't know about it, as so many people seem to be doing it.
