To lose a stone in a month is exceptionally unhealthy.

I don't know about your activity levels or anything like that but usually anything over about 6lb a month is too much, so to try lose 14lb in a month would be dangerous.

This is all just generally speaking. Unless you are severely obese I would try to lose somewhere in the 3-6lb range.

    Nonetheless good luck to you!

14 lbs. in a month?! A healthy, sustainable loss is .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight.

When you start eating at a deficit, you lose a lot of water & glycogen—all of which comes back when you stop eating at a deficit.

Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight, and learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging works.
