Hello, as a busy mom like many of you, I always fine myself eating junk food while doing running around. What are some good "on the go food"?

Depends what you are looking for and how many calories you're allowing for snacks. If you're high protein/low carb something like pork scratchings, cheese or jerky. If you're not bothered by carbs you could have some lower calorie crisps or something.

How on the "go"? Do you have regular meals like lunch and need something in between lunch and dinner?

Almonds (pre-measured because it's so easy to eat a lot of them!), air-popped popcorn, bananas/apples, fresh veggies cut up and ready for you to grab, hard-boiled eggs.

You could make some snacks & package them into baggies for the days you'll be on the go.

    Dried cereal
    String cheese
    Individual yogurt cup
Quest bar or practically any protein bar
    Tortilla filled with peanut butter

Pre-packing: baby carrots, apples, nuts, jicima slices, cucumber slices with lime.
Out & about suddenly hungry aint ai t going home yet: grocery store trip for persian cucumber, luna bar/something similar, vitamin water zero. That's fast food.
