Other Women who's goals are strength training/eating healthy?

I know a lot of peoples' goals on here are to lose weight, but I am more interested in losing the fat and gaining muscle, as well as eating healthy and fueling my body. Anyone wanna motivate each other through strength training/fitness journeys? :)

    I am all about this! Just starting out...AGAIN! I used to lift years ago, as a beginner and felt great I want to get back to that and just keep on for life! #strong

    That is my goal also! I'm really just struggling to not gain weight and lose the couple pounds I've gained over the year. I just got married and my husband loves to cook and order pizza so I'm really struggling to control my portions, eat healthy and exercise more to balance. I need encouragement!
