Good for you losing all that weight!

Did you do any strength training?

Yeah chest arms and upper back I have shingles currently and I have problems with my lower back and legs so I walk 13000 steps a day and do a couple sets of sit ups in the middle of the week

If you belong to a gym most of them have bfp analyzers that they'd be glad to let you get a reading. If you don't... their $30 (which I can't afford), but you could probably find out at a doctors office? A gym might even let you do it for a small fee if you don't have a membership. Ask around. Honestly, looking at your picture and stats probably won't give you a great estimate... the camera adds 10 lbs afterall :)

Great work! I'd guess you are +/- 12% BF. If you aren't doing a weight lifting program/routine I would and eat at least at maintenance. I know it can be mentally tough to think about gaining weight right away but take it slow and you can revert to maintenance if you think you're gaining too much fat. Again, great work and congrats.
Also, the Eat, Train, Progress group ( http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/10118-eat-train-progress ) has a wealth of great info.

Congrats on the weight loss and sorry to hear you currently have shingles. Hopefully that will go away soon, and when the pain stops, I'd look into incorporating some progressive resistance programming into your training.

You look like you're at a good weight now, and you look fairly lean (sorry, i'm not good at bf%). So you could either do a recomp or a bulk. I think either would work for you, but you're going to have to up your calories for both.

    Here's some information on recomping:

    And info on bulking:

I looked at your pics again and I'm just in awe! You did an awesome job! You should be so proud of yourself!

Like @_benjammin says I think you should do a weight lifting program and join the ETP group.

Wow thanks for the responses so quickly... I've been trying to eat more but I've had some... Psychological issues with weight gain.. I made it here pretty quick but obviously now always the right way. Fasts. Juice diets. 800 calorie days. So now I'm really scared of gaining it back I've never been this small.. Hell I've never seen some of the bones i have now actually until some one said 12% I assumed I was 20 to 23% bf still

Damn, sorry to hear about the shingles. We must have been posting at the same time, I didn't read that before posting. Looking at your after pic again, you may even be at a lower BF%, hard to tell with just the one pic and I'm guessing your skin hasn't fully tightened up yet. Regardless, can't imagine the need to lose any more weight. Enjoy the new you and best wishes.

What a lot of people don't realize, it's just as hard to gain weight as it is to lose, mostly because of the mind games.

    Some reads about it.

There's also a section of the forums for gaining weight, and there's a lot of knowledgeable people over there who have gone through this process.

    ^+1...no, +infinity
I didn't lose half of what you lost (only lost 48) but still suffer(ed) from former-fat-boy-syndrome.
I tried to bulk and felt out of control. Got help through the ETP group over a year ago and couldn't be happier since.

Have you lost all the weight you want to lose? If so, you should have transitioned to more calories to maintain instead of lose weight. I'm currently maintaining at about 2150 calories per day (still trying to dial in the exact number). You could start a bulk/Cut cycle, where you work out while eating 300-500 calories over maintenance to build muscle, then diet again to lose the extra fat you gained during the bulk. There is a recomp where you eat at or around maintenance and lift heavy. progress is slower, but after losing that much weight, it can be difficult to wrap your head around gaining weight on purpose.

I would guess you are in or around 12 to 15 percent. Great job on your weight loss. Now is a good time to go and put on some muscle.
